Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do your ceiling fans come with integrated LED lighting?
Many of our contemporary ceiling fans feature integrated LED modules designed for energy efficiency and longevity. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the individual product page for light kit details.
What is your return policy for installed products?
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed or wired. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Are your outdoor wall lanterns weather-resistant?
Yes, all fixtures categorized under 'Outdoor Lighting' are UL or ETL rated for wet or damp locations, ensuring they can withstand rain, humidity, and varying temperatures.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Arranmore Lighting & Fans provides the high-quality hardware, but we do not offer direct installation. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your fixtures and fans are installed safely and according to local codes.
How do I choose the right downrod length for my ceiling fan?
For optimal airflow, your fan blades should be at least 7 feet above the floor. If you have high ceilings (over 9 feet), we recommend purchasing an extended downrod to bring the fan to the ideal hanging height.
