At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting fixture or ceiling fan isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
